ਮਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਲਗਾ ਚਾਉ ॥
Man Har Har Lagaa Chaao ||
मनि हरि हरि लगा चाउ ॥
Within my mind is the fervent yearning for God’s Name.
ਮੇਰੇ ਚਿੱਤ ਅੰਦਰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਲਈ ਤੀਬਰ ਇਛਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਗੁਰਿ ਪੂਰੈ ਨਾਮੁ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਾਇਆ ਹਰਿ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਨਾਉ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Gur Poorai Naam Dhrirraaeiaa Har Miliaa Har Prabh Naao ||1|| Rehaao ||
गुरि पूरै नामु द्रिड़ाइआ हरि मिलिआ हरि प्रभ नाउ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
The Perfect Guru has implanted God’s Name within me, and by meditating on the Name I have met the Lord God. Pause.
ਪੂਰਨ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰ ਦਿਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮੈਂ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਪਿਆ ਹਾਂ! ਠਹਿਰਾਉ।
